We liked the hotel, it was reasonably priced and fine and had favourable location near to Sao Paulo, public transport, and the centre of the city. The room we had included climate control, multi-channel TV, and a mini bar fridge. Comfortable bed gave us a good nights sleep. The staff was very helpful and around most of the time.

The staff here were friendly and attentive, our room was quite spacious and had excellent Wi-Fi.

I like the hotel because it is few minutes walk away from the metro. It is also very accommodating when we requested to cancel the second room which we booked but found it no use. In this area, you will find the best but very cheap hamburger in Sao Paulo..

The vicinity appears unsafe because of the presence of some homeless people. They appear harmless, but you never know. It is still not good for the image of the area.

I recently stayed in a hotel right in the centre of São Paulo and I couldn't be happier with my experience. the value for money was exceptional. This hotel offers great prices and excellent service, making it a perfect choice for budget-conscious travelers. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, going out of their way to ensure that all my needs were met. And finally, the basic amenities provided were top-notch, and the rooms were kept very clean throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast served every morning, which gave me the perfect start to my day. I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel.

Despite not speaking English, the receptionist was very welcoming. The hotel was basic, but had everything we needed for a short stay.

The area the hotel was situated was very run down, and there was a lot of noise. Double glazing would have helped this.

The hotel has an excellent location close to a great restaurant and fantastic facilities. It is near the very good Sao Paulo metro system and the center of São Paulo. - Casa do Mate is located close to the property, making it convenient for evening visits.

The price for the location is a bit to high.

The staff here is always friendly, lovely, and welcoming; located only 20 minutes away from the airport and close to the metro.
